Rod in the shop was very professional and did not waste any time getting to work. I had to have several diagnostic tests done on my vehicle, which is often a lengthy process, but they worked quickly to find the problem and notified me immediately. I love the atmosphere and honesty of this place They don't fix anything unless it needs to be fixed. On the downside the problems with my car are still not completely solved, and it has gotten quite costly.

They always do great work and for a very reasonable price! They won't double charge you for work like most places, and they don't gouge on parts like others. I will keep my cars coming back here for a long time!

I called Rob to ask for some advice on a repair I was attempting. I have never talked to him prior to this. I called because of the great reviews he had on his website. He stopped what he was doing, looked up some info for me and gave me great advice. Most people would not be as helpful if they were not getting paid for it. I have recommended AER and will use them in the future.
